This site is the official site of Jason King from Melbourne and Brisbane Australia.

I am a cyber-crime professional, who has worked in cyber-crime law enforcement and in the public sector of cyber-crime.

I have a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and am currently studying my Masters. I am in the early process of planning and considering undertaking a Ph.D in 2018. The theme for this Ph.D will be on cybercrime/law.

I have written articles on the site stating opinion on legal issues but predominately cyber law matters. However at times there may be opinion pieces regarding other law related articles.

I have appeared in Australian courts as an expert witness in cyber-crime related matters and have appeared on all major network television stations offering cyber-crime professional opinion.
